Hi there! Saturday morning, 9am and I’m already at it… Making play dough!Do you know how much I love home made play dough? It’s so easy and cheap to make and you can make all these beautiful colors! At work/school, it’s a classroom essential. Perfect for practicing those fine motors skills and creativity! Here is a great recipe I found on this blog.
Play Dough Recipe:
☆ 1 cup white flour
☆ 1/2 cup salt
☆ 2 Tbsp cream of tatar (spice)
☆ 1 Tbsp oil
☆ 1 cup water
☆ food coloring
Instructions: Mix the first 5 ingredients in a cooking pot (over medium heat) and stir well until all clumps disappear. Add a couple drops of food coloring. Eventually the dough will form one massive clump and will become difficult to stir. Transfer onto a sheet a aluminum foil and let cool for a minute or two. Then make sure to kneed it for a couple minutes, until it become beautiful play dough! Hooray!
