Toddler/kid’s apron!

Hi there! I’ve been having so much fun sewing these days, getting ready for our garage sale/craft sale tomorrow! I wanted to share the adorable kid’s (2-7 yrs old) aprons I made to sell. I got to use all my funky fabric… and a tutorial I found 6 years ago! I used it the other day to make a pokémon apron for my friend’s daughter and I just loved how it turned out. I hope it’s a hot little item at tomorrow’s sale! Check out the fun fabrics I used!

Materials if you want to make one!

  • two coordinating fabrics, 1/2 yard of each
  • two 3/4 inch D rings
  • a standard apron pattern (I used one I had from a book), but here’s a free one to print.

What amount of fabric will you need?

  • for the main part (front and back): 2 rectangles 14″ x 21″ (Cut out around the pattern)
  • for the pocket: 1 rectangle  9 x 12 inch
  • for the straps: 3 rectangles 2 1/2 in. x 17 in. each + 1 rectangle 2 1/2 in. x 5 in.

You can then follow the instructions on this tutorial !
